Calisthenics training at the park in Limassol

Get out of your comfort zone and join me at the park for an Intense calisthenics workout. The focus of this workout is to help you get in the best shape of your life and improve all your physical abilities: muscular strength, power, coordination, balance, flexibility.

Calisthenics is functional training with minimal equipment. Calisthenics training gives you the ability to train your whole body without physical boundaries. The exercises can be performed without any access to a gym facility; either at parks or at home.

Calisthenics are suitable for men and women. Many people think that calisthenics are hard and not suitable for beginners. In reality, all exercises can be adjusted to an individual’s fitness level without any problem.

The workout session will focus on compound bodyweight exercises and superset combination:

  • Push-ups
  • Pull-ups
  • Handstands
  • Headstands
  • Dips
  • Squats
  • Shrugs
  • Leg rises
  • Crunches

All the exercises will be selected based on a group's/ person's fitness levels. Progressions for making the exercises easier or harder will be applied.

The equipment for the sessions will be minimal:

  • Pull-up bars
  • Dip bars
  • Gymnastic rings
  • Parallettes
  • Resistance bands
  • Yoga mats & blocks
  • Sliders

Workout/ Session Options:

  • Full Body (Back, Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Traps, Lower Back, Abs, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Glutes, Calves)
  • Upper Body (Back, Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Traps, Lower Back)
  • Lower Body + Core (Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves, Abs)
  • Mobility and Flexibility (Full body mobility and flexibility session)
  • Skill Oriented (Handstand, Headstand, Muscle Up, Front Lever, Back Lever, Push-up, Pull-up)

The total duration of the sessions will be 1 Hour but can be adjusted to longer or shorter sessions based on client's preference.
