Gift Card

Yes you can. You can use it unlimited times until you use all your credit, provided that it hasn’t expired. Simply tell the provider the amount you wish to redeem. 

The Activitygogo Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the day of purchase.

You don’t have to redeem the full value in one go. Simply ask the provider to redeem the exact amount of your activity. 

If your selected activity is more than the gift card value, you can pay the difference directly to the provider. 

If your preferred provider is not currently included, you can invite them to contact us, and we will do our best to add them as an option for redeeming your gift card.

Digitally and Instantly.

As soon as you place your order, you will be able to download your gift card (pdf). You can then send it to the recipient online (email, facebook, whatsapp, skype, etc) or print it at home. Printing is completely optional.

Your gift card is already fully flexible and can be used at multiple activity providers,  but it can’t be refunded.

MY LISTINGS (Activity Providers)

Yes, you can edit your listings at any point you wish. You can add or change any details including the start/end date for any experiences. If you change important information such us the date of an experience, please make sure to notify those who have have booked it/contacted you wishing to attend your event.

If you found a listing of your business and want to be able to edit and manage the information on it, you first need to connect that listing to your account. To do that all you need to do is click on the “Claim Listing” button under the cover image and follow the on-screen instructions.

SUBSCRIPTIONS (Activity Providers)

Log in and go to “My Account” under your user menu. Then click on “Subscriptions” and click “View”.

Log in and go to “My Account” under your user menu. Then click on “Subscriptions” and click “View” on the subscription you wish to cancel. Simply click the cancel button that appears on that page. Your subscription’s status will then change to “Pending Cancellation”.

This means that it will stay active until the date your next payment would have been due but it will not renew automatically. At the End Date of your subscription the status will automatically change to “Cancelled” and any listings you have under that subscription will be expired. You can resubscribe at any point and relist your expired listings.
