2019 Christmas Giveaway Competition

 1. GENERAL

1.1 The competition is run by Activitygogo Cy Ltd (“The Promoter”) with company registration number HE 392089, with their operating offices located at 36 Lykourgou street, 1011 Nicosia, Cyprus.

1.2 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

1.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.

2. MECHANICS

2.1 Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://activitygogo.com/competitions

2.2 The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Step 1: Choose the prize you wish to win from the available options found on: https://activitygogo.com/competitions

Step 2: Clicking on a specific giveaway will take you to the form you need to complete to enter that draw. Complete your full name and email and click the button “ENTER”.

2.3 Multiple draws will take place, one for each giveaway.

2.4 Each person can enter once to each giveaway but there is no limit on how many giveaways one is allowed to enter.

2.5 Multiple Entries: Additional entries are secured from referrals. To get additional entries participants can share their unique link which is made available to them after entering each competition. Every person who joins the competition via a participant’s link will give the original participant an additional entry. The more entries someone has the higher their chance to win.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 The competition is open to residents of Cyprus aged 16 years or over, except employees of Activitygogo and their close relatives and or anyone judging the competition.

3.2 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the platforms’ official Terms of Service.

3.3 Current & past members of the providers are excluded from those specific giveaways. Each provider offers the prizes only to new members.

4. DURATION 

4.1 The competition starts on 01/12/2019 and ends on 23/12/2019.

4.2 Closing date for entry will be 23/12/2019 at 11.59pm (GMT+2). After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

5. PRIZES

5.1 Prizes: There are multiple prizes and multiple winners and the specific details on the prizes can be found here: https://activitygogo.com/competitions

5.2 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

5.3 The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6. WINNERS

6.1 Winners will be chosen at random using software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

6.2 Winners will be able to redeem their prizes within 3 months of notification that they won unless otherwise stated/arranged with the Activity Provider.

6.3 The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date and will also be announced on Activitygogo’s official Facebook Page. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. To claim their prize winners will need to provide their full name, ID number, phone number and email.

6.4 Activitygogo Cy Ltd‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

7. SPONSORS

7.1 Prizes are offered by third party Activity Providers and by choosing to redeem a prize with an Activity Provider you automatically agree to their own Terms & Conditions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 The promoter nor any provider shall be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any activity for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including weather-related reasons, mechanical failure, location changes or otherwise.

8.2 Although the promoter has sought to select highly experienced activity providers, the promoter cannot be responsible for the safety standards or the quality or delivery of the activity, or any loss or damage suffered by you whilst participating in the activity for which the Provider shall be solely responsible.

9. PRIVACY

9.1 You are providing your information to Activitygogo Cy Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://activitygogo.com/privacy-policy/

9.2 The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and/or image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current EU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

9.3 The personal details of the winners (full name, email and ID number, phone number) as provided by them after receiving notification they won, will be passed on to the relevant activity provider in order to confirm their identity when redeeming their prize.

10. OTHER

10.1 The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

10.2 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at their discretion.

10.3 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Cypriot law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. This section will survive the termination of the Terms.

10.4 If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, unenforceable, or otherwise contrary to law, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
