- Groovy Kids Yoga and Dance classes for children : Every Kid is Groovy! Children learn, grow, increase focus, concentration, strength and balance by moving.
- Yoga -Basic: This is a gentle yoga class which focuses on each individual’s needs and abilities. We will practice simple breathing exercises, balancing postures, a set of basic hip openers and backbends that will strengthen and stretch the upper body, the legs, back, and shoulders.
