Hatha Yoga

A class based on Sivananda and Vinyasa flow that is mild, invigorating and relaxing at the same time. It includes relaxation, breathing exercises and Asanas. All levels.

 

Power Dynamic Yoga

A class based on Baron Baptiste’s Power Yoga. It is dynamic, athletic and centered on the “marriage of breath and movement” - Vinyasa. It includes dynamic Asanas like headstands and handstands, the crow, and other challenging positions. Intermediate and advanced level.

 

Hatha Dynamic Yoga

A series of dynamic Asanas based on Hatha and Power Yoga. The class includes advanced Asanas and stretchings.

Healing/Kundalini Yoga

A series of Asanas and breathing exercises that concentrate on a person’s energy in order to use that energy and heal any imbalances on the physical, mental and spiritual body. The class includes Kundalini Yoga techniques, Reiki techniques, and Pranic Healing. All levels.

Kid's Yoga & Creative Movement

Children can benefit from Yoga asanas through a joyful and playful way. Yoga helps children’s flexibility, balance, alignment and strength; it reduces stress, teaches them breathing techniques and makes them happy. Creative movement shows children a way to explore the world through movement and sound. It triggers children’s creativity and individuality and stimulates their imagination. Children become body aware and learn how to communicate an idea, an image, or a feeling through movement. The class is suitable for children of 5-10 years old.

Dancing Yoga

Yoga Asanas with elements of Contemporary Dance and Indian Classical Dance in a series of flowing movements that create a choreography. All levels.

Dance Improvisation

Dance improvisation is the process of spontaneously creating movement. Development of improvised movement material is facilitated through a variety of creative explorations including levels, shape, dynamics, and sensory experience through touch or contact improvisation. Dance improvisation is not only about creating new movement but is also defined as freeing the body from habitual movement patterns. All levels.

 

Our small class size (maximum 8 persons) give the teacher the opportunity for personal approach

  • Thursday 18:00 - 19:00 Classical Indian dance (introduction level)
  • 19:30 - 21:00 Healing Kundalini
  • ​Friday 18:00 - 19:00 Power Yoga for athletes (level 2 & 3)
  • Saturday Workshops
  • Private and pre-natal classes upon request.
