• Acro Yoga with Elena Kambanella: No matter if you are an experienced gymnast or not! In this fun and interactive 2 hours session you will learn gradually and safely to build mind and body for the poses! Acro yoga, acro duets, partner workout and more!
• Twerk with Margarita: Focusing on twerk dance practice and unlocking the hips in a fun class improving lower body strength and flexibility
• Stretch with Margarita: Intensive stretching class for backbends, middle splits and more
• Ladies Style Choreography with Nicola Barpa: Sexy ladies style choreography classes without pole. You can wear comfortable heels or athletic shoes/trainers. Come and enjoy
• Open House: Free practice times, only for our studio members. To repeat conditioning exercises, practice to perfect your moves and experiment freely with your own dancing style.
• Private Pole Lessons with Georgia Petrou: Available upon request

• Professional competition standard poles, made by "XPOLE", the worldwide leader in pole fitness equipment. Poles are 4 meters high, static and spinning modes, diameter variety available.
• Special dance studio parquet flooring for softness on knees and joints while dancing and a specially designed crash mat that offers extra safety in advanced moves.
• Music surround system & beautiful warm lighting for an inspirational class time.
• Friendly and fun learning environment with Georgia Petrou, Certified and Experienced pole dance instructor for all levels.

 

Pole Queens Studio is a well known studio in Cyprus and abroad. We participate in National and International Pole Dance Competitions and we organise regularly classes and workshops with guest instructors.

 

Everyone can start taking classes in any age/body shape.

Our students can take pole dance as a hobby or into a professional level.
