YogaWorks is a Vinyasa-based school that teaches a method that balances precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement.

Classes are carefully themed to deepen the students’ experience of Yoga, whilst taking their time to adjust their body to the postures (asanas). A flow of Sun Salutations and postures are skill-fully sequenced, and modifications and props (blocks- straps) are used to individualize the practice for each student.

Aerial Yoga on the other hand, is a new type of yoga, originating in New York which combines the traditional yoga poses, with the use of a hammock.

Aerial yoga combines acrobatic arts and anti-gravity asanas and it is also an accessible practice that can help you find more length in your spine and safe alignment in your poses.

The classes are carefully themed so the practitioner will easily gain the benefits that Aerial Yoga has to offer.

The hammock is being used to strengthen the muscles and find correct alignment in the poses, but also to approach with safety the more tricky-fun inversions!
